1:Basic Life Support For Healthcare Providers(BLS):
This is the CPR/AED course for Healthcare Providers.It is a little more complex than the Heartsaver/Workplace CPR class.Any Licensed Medical Personnel who may have direct patient contact requires BLS certification.Most healthcare Institutions now require American Heart association's BLS certification card.

2:Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support(ACLS):
This is Advanced Cardiac Life Support.When Sudden Cardiac Arrest develops,Immediate high quality Basic Life Support with emphasis on high quality chest compressions and rapid defibrillation with AED or Defibrillator as soon as available.Advanced Cardiac Life Support is initiated if BLS does not result in Return of Spontaneous Circulation(ROSC) if a provider trained and certified in ACLS is available.Ussual ACLS procedures include oxygen,glucose,ACLS drugs,Cardioversion,pacing,standard and 12 Lead ECG,Placement of advanced airway( if competent),use of manual defibrillator/ECG rhythms identification,
Acute coronary syndrome and Acute Ischemic Stroke.This course teaches healthcare providers skills to effectively participate as a team member or team leader during Prehospital and In-hospital cardiac arrest care per individual's scope of practice.
Prerequisites:Current BLS card,ECG rhythms interpretation and Pharmacology Skills
New grads may need to do ECG/Pharm
Class prior to ACLS to improve chance of
Successful course completion.

3:Pediatric Advanced Life Support(PALS):
This is Pediatric Advanced Life support.PALS builds on High Quality BLS for Children and Infants with emphasis on high quality chest compressions within seconds to minutes of cardiac arrest and rapid Defribrillation with AED or Manual Defribillator when available.When a healthcare proffessional who is trained in PALS is present,advanced life is built on high quality BLS to improved chance of survival.PALS course train healthcare providers on systematic and rapid assessment of severely ill children,quick diagnosis and prioritized treatment to prevent or treat cardiac arrest.

This is a combined CPR+AED class.This class gives instruction on action steps a Lay person may take in the community or workplace to help a victim of sudden cardiac arrest.
This class is given by experienced Instructors according to American Heart Association's 2010 guidlines for CPR and ECC courses.

11:BASIC FIRST AID:
njury and Illness is a major course of death and disability worldwide.Ability to recognize Signs of injury and illness as well as steps in activating emergency care,ensuring safety of self and injured victims;administering competent first aid measures early ;can make a difference between death,permanent disability and full recovery.This class is for both Medical proffessionals and lay persons and will be conducted according to 2010 Guidlines.This class starts after every CPR class.It may be combined with CPR/AED Classes.

4:EKG/MONITOR TECHNICIAN COURSE:
EKG Technicians play a complimentary role to other health care proffessionals in Cardiac Rhythm Diagnosis and monitoring.
EKG Techs typically work in Emergency rooms where need for routine EKG is overwhelming.
Medical/Surgical floors,Directly Observed Units,Critical Care Units,Cardiac Care Units,Telemetry Floors,Electrophysiology Labs,Ekg Stress Labs,Doctors office, and Cardiology practice are some other areas of need..
The Course Curriculum covers:Basic Anatomy/Function of The Heart.
Types of Ecg Recordings,Equipment Settings,Trouble Shooting,EKG artifacts.
Medical Terminology for EKG Tech;EKG Monitoring/DOU;Basic EKG Interpretation/Abnormal Pattern Recognition.
This Course is Four days but can be completed in Two days if already a monitor Tech or have substantial ECG skills base.
Both Basic Arrhythmia And 12-Lead ECG Books Are Required For This Course.
No National Board Exams Is Required After This Course.However,A Current BLS Certification Is Required.
Students Who Desire To Obtain A National Certfication As Certified Rhythm Analyst Technician(CRAT) Should Speak To Our Program Director During or At The End Of The Course.
This class teaches Basic ECG interpretation and Cardiovascular Emergency Drugs competence in interpreting and diagnosing cardiac Prearrest as well as arrest rhythms.
Individuals seeking to develop the foundation ECG skills will find this class very essential.
There is Pharmacology component dealing with how common drugs used in Management of cardiac arrhythmias work.
This includes Mechanism action,dosages,Route and technique of administration,Common adverse effects,drug Interractions etc.
This class is very important for Providers Looking to do ACLS or PALS.
Credits will be awarded towards TELEMETRY or MONITOR TECH certification.
There is $40 discount if COMBO with PALS or ACLS.
ACLS and PALS classes do not teach ECG.
Basic Arrhythmia Book is Required For This Course.
6: 12-LEAD ECG INTERPRETATION:
This Program Teaches The Skills Required to Competently and Confidently Record a 12-Lead ECG,6-Steps Interpretation,Ability to Detect and Classify Acute Coronary Syndrome[ACS],and Initial and Continuing Care Of STEMI Patients.
STEMI and ACS Management Program use 2010 American Heart Association and International Laison Commitee On Cardiovascular Resuscitation Guidlines As Published in The Journal:Circulation.Volume 122.Issue 18.November 2010.
8:CHILDCARE LICENSE TRAINING:
We are a California Emergency Services Authority's(CAEMSA) Agent for Child care training for Child care Licensing and School Teachers.We will train and certify you in Pediatric CPR(4HRS),Pediatric First Aid (4HRS) and Preventive Health Course(4HRS),and Place EMSA Stickers on all cards.
CPR/FA and H&S combo=$100.
CPR or First AID or Health and Safety may be registered Saperately.

10: IV TRAINING/BLOOD DRAW:
This program is Intended for continuing education and skills update in the art of Venipucture,Safe blood withdrawal and management of IVs.Approved CEH are given on completion.This Training involves both class room lectures,Simulation and clinical training.
This is a two-day weekend program
This course is not for Phlebotomy License Training.
Who Should Attend:LVN,RN,Lab Scientists,Medical Assistant,IMG's,PT and Medics.
